VidRx is not and will not be responsible for any failure to comply, by you, your institution, or any third party, with these terms or with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The limitations of liability as laid out in the above statements will apply regardless of any gross negligence or negligence of VidRx or any VidRx party or if the liability appears to be in negligence, strict liability, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory of legal liability, and will remain in effect even if any remedy fails of it essential purpose.

In the United States some states do not allow the limitation of liability or exclusion of warranties, therefore not all limitations and exclusions may apply to you or your representative institution. Return Policy:

When available you may purchase products available on this site. VidRx reserves the right to change any purchasing policies or procedures. Any purchase made through the website may be returned or cancelled if done so within 7 (seven) business days of the transaction, at which point VidRx will return all fees less shipping fees, implementations fees, and other fees or costs incurred by VidRx as a result of cancellation. At the time of cancellation, all access to products including web application, tablet app, and media content will be revoked.
